I was responsible for competitive  market research and analysis for all incoming brands we worked with. Then I would have to write anywhere from 3 -21  scripts per brand and come up with concepts for filming videos to be used for Tiktok, IG reels, FB, and other social media platforms. Sometimes these would be used for ads or just organic content for various brand’s socials. I would sometimes be in the videos or manage other UGC creators. I would also be a consultant for the brands social media pages as well as do social media management for the brands. I also ran ads for these brands across  multiple social media channels. In this company we worked with softwares such as Monday, Slack, Builderall, Capcut, and Adobe premier. We would also have weekly meetings and worked with a team of 8. 

I worked with a lot of ecom brands. I also worked with brands/ companies in weight loss, vitamins, movies, loan companies, tech, crypto, business, fashion, jewelry, and more!

FD Team, Remote — Social Media Manager

January 2021 - February 2022

I worked at a boutique social media marketing agency where I ran business accounts for companies mostly based in LA, California. I would have to write the copy for each picture/ post on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok. I would have to edit these videos/ posts to match what was current to the algorithm of that social platform so that these posts would push out more organically.  I would put them in google spreadsheet for approval then put them in a scheduler using Hootsuite, Iconosquare, or Later.

 I was responsible for responding to people’s posts on these companies' pages. I also had to do community engagement which required me to look up hashtags within each business industry or brand niche and leave thoughtful curated comments on people’s socials to help build audiences. 

I was also responsible for influencer outreach. As well as coming up with   marketing ideas on social media to help spread brand awareness, build communities, and help gain more new customers. I would also have to create ways in which to create videos to incorporate trends into these companies niches and build and write email lists. 

I would report on company KPIs and ROIs and recommend strategies to help improve revenue through social media.

In this company I also used app and programs like Trend Tok, Canva, Grid Square, Inshot, google docs, Discord, and Dropbox. We would have weekly meetings too. I worked in a team of 4.

I worked with brands in niches such as interior design, restaurant, snack, food, fashion, beauty, health/ fitness, nanny, real estate, and parent.
