Ive been a helper, shift lead, organizer. I want out of the medical marijuana field. Thats where Im working now. Its tough work, not easy, but thats not the reason i want out. I want a job that brings me more purpose. Im not getting that at a medical marijuana grow like i thought i would. All i need is one chance to prove myself.
