I have been an inside tele-sales newspaper Advertising Coordinator for 20+ years, making cold calls, selling and designing advertising promotional ads and campaigns, resolving customer issues, collection accounts, record keeping, and organizing vendor events and much more. Previous experiences include working as a cashier, waitress, fast food clerk, Foster Parenting 169 teenagers, Running a dairy farm, Chautauqua County Parent Advocate Coordinator & trainer and Small business owner. I am very experienced with in-person, phone, email or social media contact with customers. I thrive on turning challenges and crisis intervention into customer satisfaction and retention. I always go above and beyond to make sure my work is done in a timely and appropriate fashion. I work well with independently or with others. Most co-workers refer to me as “mom” because I'm the nurturing person who will lend a hand to help anyone and help them find a way to achieve success, while still getting my job done.

2001-present- Special Promotional Advertising Coordinator at the Dunkirk Observer Newspaper- in charge of planning, selling, designing and organizing business advertising in the daily paper and special sections.

Summer of 2020- United States Department of Treasury- Census Bureau census worker

1997-2001 Family Advocate/ Parent Advocate Trainer for the C.C.S.I. special program for Chautauqua County- This was a NY State Grant program that ran out of grant funding and dissolved.

1990-1992- Part time Rural Mail Carrier for the United States Post-Office

1981-1998 Private Contractor- Rural Newspaper Carrier for the OBSERVER daily newspaper.

1979-1981- Holiday Inn Hotel Restaurant- Waitress

1978-1979 Aldrich Dairy Restaurant- Waitress
