I am a Bowling Green State University graduate with a Special and Elementary Education degree.  I have been in the Insurance industry for the last 39 years and am looking for a change.  I love teaching individuals whether it is having them learn how to work a computer program or a youngster with reading.  I have a high regard for first responders and volunteer with several organizations relating to the police.  I enjoy crafting, reading, and my little YorkiePoo.

Currently at an Independent Insurance Agency.  Faster pace than the captive.  Duties include:

• Processing Payments When Needed
• Service Clients via Phone Calls and Email
• Prepare Proposals for Producers
• Process/Check incoming Policies from Carriers
• Market Insurance renewals
