Serve as Administrator Designee in the absence of the principal and assistant principal, managing daily operations and staff communication. School Leadership Team - Lead science department initiatives aligned with HQI, NGSS, and district improvement frameworks. Facilitated the department's return to Data Cycles to inform and rene science instruction. Implemented Learning Progressions to provide differentiated, responsive instruction and timely intervention. Guided sta in using progressions to a ord targeted instruction from remediation through enrichment, sustaining engagement, and improving learner agency. Achieved a 5.5% increase in students meeting or exceeding standards on the NGSS Grade 8 Summative Assessment. Oversee safety compliance and manage department budgeting and training. 

Science and STEM Teacher - West Shore Middle School, Milford Public Schools · Jul 1998 - Current. Design and implement an NGSS-aligned science curriculum that fosters inquiry and collaboration. Integrate restorative practices and SEL to enhance student success.

Athletics Site Supervisor - Milford Public Schools:  Jonathan Law High School · December 2023 - Current                                                                                                                                                                            Oversee athletic event operations and facility management in the absence of the Athletic Director. Coordinate logistics with custodial, security, and EMS personnel to ensure safety and smooth event execution. Serve as liaison among coaches, officials, and community stakeholders. Promote equitable participation, uphold district safety standards, and foster a positive environment for student-athletes and families.
