James Xiong

I edit narrative, vertical, and podcast videos for social media. I am passionate about editing videos. I am proficient in adobe premiere pro, avid media composer, and caput.  

I have worked as a Floor Director at Wisconsin Fox River Valley Television, where I directed the cameras, anchors, and Audio board. I have gone through two video editing internships. One with 3:5Creative[s], a creative agency where I edited short-form videos to promote their social media with brand awareness. The other internship was at a start-up business called LeadrPro where I helped edit vertical shorts from podcast videos. I helped generate new leads and followers within their social media platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. 

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a bachelor's in radio, TV, and film. I have filmed a short narrative and documentary and worked on their Titan TV news floor.
