Jamecia Crook

My name is Jamecia Crook and I am fun and very energetic. I'm excited to be applying for this flight attendant position. I absolutely love working with people and I love to travel. I have been in the customer service industry for 6 years now. 5 of those years being in management and 2 of those years as an assistant manager of a retail store. Customer service has always been a goal for me. I love meeting new people and making connections with people around the world. I have great communication skills, time management, smart decision making, and great leadership skills. In conclusion, I feel like I would be a great asset to the company because I can present a fun and inviting personality to the team; and to the passengers in order to put their needs first! In customer service, one thing is for sure and that is that the customer is always right. I know how to cater to the passengers and I know I will succeed in this field. Thank you so much!

I have been working at Old Navy for 6 years. In those 6 years I have promoted 3 times. I started out as a part time seasonal associate and worked my way up to becoming the assistant manager of the store. With my first promotion I became a key holder as a visual merchandiser of the kids department. My second promotion I was a key holder as a product operations specialist. My last promotion lead me to my role as the assistant manager of customer operations. I love spending time with the customers and getting to know them. Everything I've learned in my roles here has prepared me for greater opportunities. 

I am currently enrolled in college at Gadsden State Community College located in Gadsden, AL. Here I am taking classes to further my education in the medical and engineering field. I currently hold a gpa of 3.3 and growing. I plan to transfer and get my bachelors degree from Jacksonville State University located in Jacksonville, AL. I am also currently taking classes in V-School to get certified into the tech program so that I can further my education in the engineering field holding that certification in web design.
