Danielle Buckley

My name is Danielle Buckley, and I'm writing to express my interest in finding long term employment as an Electrician Apprentice/Helper . 

It is important for me in continuing my knowledge and experience in electrical work, and I know that in a position as Electrician Apprentice/Helper is the right place to develop my occupational skills.  With my current electrical work experience, I know that I have a great start in my electrician education and that with a professional work opportunity I can increase the speed of my learning to become a fully qualified Electrician.  

Most recently, during my work at Colby College, I assisted the on-site electricians with replacing existing light fixtures to LED’s in the dormitory’s and helped on other projects throughout the campus.

By the end of the job, I had a strong understanding of the wiring process, the safety regulations involved and how to identify and use special electrician tools. Some other major skills I can provide for your company include:

• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service capabilities.

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding.

• Ability to follow instructions clearly.

I know that given the opportunity, a quality electrical company will provide me with the right training and experience for my career as an electrician. I am currently working on Basic Electricity II at the Maine Electrical Institute in their distance environment.  I'm confident my hard work and dedication would allow me to thrive in an electrical working environment as I learn to hone my craft and techniques alongside skilled electricians.
