My responsibilities were endless but to list a few, I acted as the first point of contact addressing inquiries and concerns, greeting guests and providing personalized support, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience and exceed expectations. I want to highlight my problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership qualities, sales and expansion strategy development, relationship building, strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, and time management. 

My professional background has primarily been in guest-facing roles within customer service and retail. I thrive in environments where I can directly engage with customers, ensuring a positive experience. I am currently still attending college and intend to graduate soon with a computer science degree and a minor in communications. I have a number of certifications which include, the Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion LinkedIn Learning certificate, Google IT Support certificate, and Google Project Management certificate.
