I am a student at Texas State University majoring in Exercise and Sports Science with aspirations of becoming an athletic trainer. I am passionate about sports medicine, injury prevention, and performance enhancement, and I am building a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation through my coursework. I am motivated, hardworking, and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting athlete health and performance.
Experience
I have professional experience in both fitness and sports performance settings, including roles at Gold’s Gym and Crunch Fitness. I have also previously worked as a Physical Therapy Technician at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, where I gained hands-on experience assisting with rehabilitation and patient care. Currently, I am employed with the YMCA as a Sports Site Coordinator and Camp Counselor, supporting youth development, program organization, and athletic activities.
