As an Associate on Silicon Valley Bank’s Corporate Banking team, I specialize in structuring and underwriting credit facilities for middle-market technology companies. With a strong academic foundation from UCLA in International Development, complemented by minors in Environmental Studies and Mandarin Chinese, I bring a global perspective to my work. My experience spans managing credit portfolios exceeding $550 million, creating comprehensive financial models, and navigating complex debt solutions. Outside of work, I’m passionate about skiing, cooking, and exploring global policy trends. Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin, I thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural environments.

I have a robust background in corporate banking, credit analysis, and direct lending, currently serving as an Associate at Silicon Valley Bank. My expertise includes underwriting senior credit facilities and sub-debt solutions for middle-market technology companies with revenues exceeding $75 million on an annualized basis. In this role I am responsible for leading financial diligence, risk assessments, and credit committee presentations for high-profile deals, including restructures and pre-IPO financing.

I have a proven track record in financial modeling, covenant analyses, and market research, supporting complex transactions such as a new $300 million revolving line of credit and a $200 million debt restructure. Additionally, I have contributed to building SVB’s late-stage cash flow lending team and co-managing the analyst training program. I am proficient in financial tools like Microsoft Office Suite, S&P CapitalIQ, and Moody’s CreditLens, and have hands-on experience with diverse client portfolios in various tech and life sciences sectors. 

I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in June 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development, earning a 3.79 GPA. I pursued minors in Environmental Studies and Mandarin Chinese, completing relevant coursework in areas such as Sustainable Financial Techniques, Developmental Economics, Global Sustainable Solutions, and Business Chinese.
