I am an undergraduate psychology student with a 3.98 GPA whose work centers on early childhood development, research, and accessible communication. My experience spans behavioral coding, data management, and collaborative research through my Undergraduate Researcher role at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. I bring additional strengths in teaching and mentorship as a university teaching assistant, where I support students in foundational psychology and statistics courses. My work in Deaf Studies, early childhood education, and community-based service reflects my commitment to inclusive, developmentally informed practice. I have experience that spans research, teaching, leadership, community service, and customer‑focused work. In my undergraduate research role at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where I have been for over a year, I code parent–child interactions using DPICS, manage and verify data in REDCap, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support high‑quality behavioral research. As a teaching assistant, I help students in psychology and statistics courses by assisting in class, grading assignments, and supporting their learning through clear communication and guidance. I’ve built leadership and service experience through founding a campus initiative, facilitating English conversation sessions for Ukrainian learners, and participating in voter‑registration efforts. I have also worked as a concierge at Woodhouse Spas for over 2 years, where I manage scheduling, customer communication, and daily operations in a fast‑paced environment. Across all roles, I prioritize professionalism, developmental awareness, and strong interpersonal communication, and I’m motivated by work that blends research, education, and meaningful human connection.

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Cincinnati, where I maintain a 3.98 GPA and complement my major with a Minor in Early Childhood Education and Development and a Certificate in Deaf Studies. My coursework and training emphasize developmental science, research methodology, behavioral observation, and accessible communication. This combination gives me a strong foundation in child development, evidence‑based practice, and inclusive approaches to learning and interaction.
