 September 2022- Present As part of the Line 1 Production team at Honda Manufacturing, assembling Honda Accord (Hybrid and ICE), Acura Integra, and Acura TLX vehicles in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. I currently serve as Assistant Team Leader. In addition to my core responsibilities, I have over two years of experience supporting repair teams on overtime projects, including a notable initiative that repaired or replaced over 1,000 rear subframes within 13 months. My dedication was recognized with a Gold-level award from Honda Manufacturing for exceptional contributions, including over 500 and 435 hrs overtime in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
