I've spent the last 11 years at Holt Cat in Dallas, starting out in parts and working my way up to supervision in power systems.

For the past year and a half (since early 2024), I've been the Maintenance Solutions Supervisor in the Power Systems Division. I run a crew of 12 technicians and 2 coordinators who handle all the maintenance on standby and prime power generators—Caterpillar and other brands alike. That means scheduling and overseeing preventative maintenance, fixing smaller issues, working on automatic transfer switches (ATS), load banking, and full system testing. Our customers are places that can't afford even a minute of downtime: big data centers, hospitals, surgery centers, and other critical facilities.

Before moving into this role, I was in heavy equipment parts for over 10 years, including time as Parts Counter Lead. I got to know Caterpillar machinery inside and out, helped keep parts flowing smoothly, and built strong relationships with customers in a busy dealership setting.

I'm proud of how far I've come within the company through hard work and results. I've got solid experience in both power generation and heavy equipment, a focus on getting things done safely and efficiently, and a knack for leading teams.
