• Conducted feasibility studies on six development projects totaling over $440MM, incorporating financial, regulatory and market analysis.
• Managed a mixed-use development project by conducting due diligence, securing a $37MM of bridge loan, negotiating key terms with partner, interacting with architects and engineers to develop a construction plan and assisting senior project manager in financing.
• Established a new $14MM real estate fund by managing the transaction from end-to-end such as overseeing site acquisition, securing senior loans, conducting due diligence with third-party advisors, and coordinating with property managers and fiduciary services. 
• Underwrote and evaluated $3B investment opportunities across diverse sectors including multifamily, mixed use, senior housing, office, hotel and retail etc., by conducting detailed financial modeling, due diligence, market analysis and developing the appropriate deal structures. 
• Led key decision-making processes as the primary asset manager for a $130MM asset, strategizing refinancing, capital expenditures, divestment plans, and dividend withholding, while performing sensitivity analysis and market research to project returns.
• Pitched and raised $70MM of capital from 3 institutional investors by preparing detailed investment memoranda and marketing materials, and by following up on investors’ ad-hoc requests for a JV structured deal.
