I’m an animal-loving, adventure-seeking person who’s happiest exploring nature, traveling to new places, and enjoying cold weather (I know, most people love a tropical vacation, but not me!). I love going to concerts, binging movies and TV shows, and finding new experiences to dive into. Whether it’s hanging out with my pets, discovering a hidden gem on a trip, or just relaxing with a good show, I’m all about making the most of every moment. With my husband retiring from the military soon, we’re excited for whatever comes next!

I am a results-driven professional with a strong background in account management, customer service, and technical support. I specialize in administrative oversight, client relationship management, and process improvement to enhance efficiency. With expertise in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word, I take a detail-oriented approach to managing accounts and ensuring clear, effective customer communication. A proactive team player and mentor, I work well both independently and collaboratively, always focused on delivering exceptional results.

I'm currently in college working toward my Associate's Degree in Arts & Sciences, with plans to continue my education in Business.
