As part of the corporate EHS+S team, I deployed the first standardized Ergonomics Program including early intervention strategies, policy, procedure, and working documents for each of the 18 locations.  I was responsible for developing a program for educating all members on ergonomics awareness, risk assessment, and the ergonomics improvement process. I am the administrator of the software system to manage and track progress toward goals for the business.  I continuously collaborate with Product Development Teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability and Manufacturing Engineers for design and re-design management of change.  I have led Rapid Continuous Improvement events for ergonomics improvements and created successful ROI for projects greater than 8M considering injury avoidance, productivity, quality, and member engagement.
