Haleigh Eustis

I'm a graduate of SUNY Oneonta, where I earned a B.A. in English with a concentration in writing and a minor in Classical Studies. During my final semester in college (Fall 2023), I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Paris, France. While abroad, I attended Sorbonne Université's CCFS and participated in CEA CAPA's international program, enhancing my French-speaking, reading, and comprehension skills.

I am proficient in both business and creative writing, with a deep passion for storytelling, grammar, and copy-editing. While my core expertise lies in writing and editing, I have also gained valuable marketing experience through my various internships at Market 32 and Price Chopper. Currently, I serve as a Junior Community Relations Specialist at Northeast Shared Services, where I apply my creativity and communication skills to foster meaningful connections throughout the North Country of New York. I am driven to continue expanding my professional skillset, while exploring my unique experiences to contribute to impactful projects and professional growth.

My accrued experience as a Digital-Marketing intern has allowed me to understand the ever-changing trends in a corporate setting, adapting messaging for diverse audiences across written, verbal and digital formats while developing content for use on both digital and traditional promotional materials. As a current Junior Community Relations Specialist, I work under fast-paced and hard deadlines while juggling various public projects, community groups, and internal departments regarding community relations efforts.

My experience in managing vendor relations, developing promotional content, and ensuring seamless event operations aligns well with the responsibilities of the open marketing role. Additionally, my ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders, coupled with my attention to detail and organizational expertise, enables me to manage events effectively from concept to completion. To further strengthen my qualifications, I have gained experience with hybrid and virtual event planning and am actively expanding my knowledge of event management platforms.

I hold a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Oneonta in English--with a concentration in writing--and a minor in Classical Studies.
