HAILEE BUCK

Hi! My name is Hailee Buck and here is a little bit about myself. I’ve danced since I was 4 years old and it’s taught me a lot about dedication and hard work. Academically, I always strive to receive the best grades I can and grow as much as possible. I love talking to people and being social and I like to think of myself as a friendly and outgoing person. Through my past jobs, I’ve learned a lot about leadership and working with a team.

I have worked as a lifeguard and as a cashier. Both jobs taught me a lot and shaped me to be the person that I am. Lifeguarding taught me a lot about communication and teamwork. During training, I earned my water rescue certificate, CPR certificate, and my first aid certificate. I also dealt with patrons and helping them in a friendly and professional manner everyday. I learned about working under pressure and in critical conditions and how to stay calm and work with your team. When I cashiered at a bakery, I helped with closing and doing all of the cleaning duties. This job taught me time management through balancing my baking tasks with working with customers up front.

I am currently attending Weber High School to get my high school diploma. Although I am still in High School, I've passed 2 AP classes and am currently in another AP class and 2 concurrent enrollment classes through Weber State University.
