I was working for Chase and i was responsible for providing excellent customer service and completing a variety of financial transactions for customers. This may include processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as well as cashing checks and issuing cashier's checks. i would  also assist customers with account inquiries and help resolve any issues or concerns they may have. Additionally, bank tellers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of customer information, and following all banking regulations and policies. As a bank teller i would also need to be familiar with the bank's products and services, to be able to cross-sell and provide information about them to customers. As a crisis hotline customer service representative I was responsible for providing emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress. This would involve listening to individuals as they share their problems and concerns, and providing them with guidance and resources to help them cope with their situation. This role gave me the ability to communicate effectively with individuals in distress, as well as a deep understanding of mental health and crisis intervention techniques. It also requires the ability to work well under pressure, as the representative may be handling multiple calls simultaneously. i would also be responsible for providing information and referrals to individuals regarding mental health and social services, and for providing follow-up support to ensure that individuals receive the assistance they need. As a Python developer, my role was to design, code, test, and maintain software applications using the Python programming language. My responsibilities included writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, as well as working with a team of developers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. I also need to be able to work with different frameworks and libraries to achieve the desired outcome. I was responsible for maintaining and updating existing software and also need to be able to understand the requirements of the project and design an appropriate solution. I was also responsible for testing my code to ensure that it is working correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Additionally, I was responsible for collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure that the software meets the needs of the business. I learned to build strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. I am able to quickly adapt to new technologies and programming languages, as well as have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
