Gwendolyn Testo

I bring a unique perspective and a blended expertise given my background in both clinical operations, and organizational learning with a Master of Science in Leadership and a BSN.

In 2023 I began consulting to help organizations with their talent strategy and clinical oversight. I am currently working with the University of New England on course development for leadership to build the skills of healthcare professionals.

I have over a decade of learning and development experience in start up value-based care delivery models. As a nursing leader, I've been fortunate to be a clinical partner for innovative program design and implementation. Most recently promoting readiness of our clinical teams through ACO REACH contracts.

During this time, I obtained a certificate in Adult Learning Theory and became a DDI facilitator.

Prior to this I worked for almost fifteen years in women's health, specifically in reproductive endocrinology and fertility. It was here that the core of my work focused on quality care delivery within the heavily regulated world of assisted reproductive technologies. In accordance with both state and federal guidelines I had full responsibility for our outpatient surgery center built from the ground up with my oversight.
