About Gregory Manogin:

I am a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience across education, student success, workforce development, and organizational leadership. My background includes teaching at the elementary and college levels, where I have designed engaging learning experiences, guided first-generation students, and created pathways for academic and career achievement. In higher education, I have led initiatives in student retention, digital learning, and community engagement, while also managing compliance, scholarships, and leadership programming. My ability to work across diverse environments—whether supporting English language learners in the classroom or coordinating experiential learning opportunities for underrepresented students highlights my commitment to equity, innovation, and meaningful impact.

In addition to my educational expertise, I bring strong leadership, program management, and strategic planning skills developed through roles in athletics compliance, workforce development, and student services. I excel at building partnerships, coordinating largescale events, and creating inclusive initiatives that support both organizational goals and individual growth. Whether developing digital portfolios, managing student-run projects, or collaborating with community partners, I strive to empower others through clear communication, practical solutions, and a forward-thinking approach. My ultimate goal is to leverage my diverse skills and experiences to contribute to mission driven organizations where I can support both people and systems in reaching their fullest potential.

Experience

I have over ten years of experience in education, workforce development, and student success. In the K–12 classroom, I have taught elementary computer science, supported English language learners, and implemented literacy strategies that strengthen both reading and writing outcomes. At the college level, I have served as an adjunct professor, teaching First Year Experience courses that help freshmen build academic preparedness, digital portfolios, and personal development skills.

Beyond teaching, I have coordinated leadership opportunities, GEAR UP programming, and summer experiential learning experiences for first-generation and underrepresented students. My background also includes athletics compliance and scholarship management, where I gained strong skills in operations, data accuracy, and program oversight. Most recently, I have focused on workforce development and student services, building partnerships, enhancing retention efforts, and creating inclusive, technology-driven initiatives that help both learners and organizations reach their full potential.
