Driven by a passion for leadership, personal development, and community resilience, I bring over a decade of experience across military and civilian sectors in training, security operations, and program coordination. As a certified facilitator and current instructor with Marine Corps Family Team Building, I’ve designed and delivered 50+ workshops focused on communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and relationship skills for service members, families, and command teams.

My background includes roles as a U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms and Chaplain’s Assistant, as well as a Cash Courier and Physical Security Specialist for MCCS, where I ensured compliance, trained teams, and conducted inspections across multiple facilities. I excel at engaging diverse audiences, building partnerships across departments, and managing complex logistical operations with precision and care.

I hold a B.A. in History and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Ancient and Classical History. I’m also certified in Four Lenses, PREP, and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
