Previously, as CEO of eHarmony (2016-2020), he led a turnaround that returned the company to profitability in 8 months and achieved a 45% premium M&A exit. 

As VP Brand Marketing at eHarmony (2012-2016), he managed $85-$100M budgets, improved conversion rates 20%, and transformed social media into a revenue channel generating 31,000+ annual subscriptions.
