Grace Wallace

I am 20 years old, a licensed phlebotomist, as well as a college student. I am eager to start a career in the medical field. I am dedicated to helping others as well as providing the best customer service possible. I have a background in customer service due to waiting tables and working in the customer service industry since I was 15. 

I believe in keeping it professional at all costs but also giving a little personal detail to be able to connect with other people. I have worked in customer service since I was 15. I believe in giving the best possible service and quality of service possible as well as working quickly and efficiently. Kindness is one of my biggest beliefs because you can turn someone's day around just with a simple smile! I am currently a waitress at Island Waterfront Bar and Grill and I have been there since April 17th,2022.  I love being able to serve and help people each and every day. 

I am currently a student at Eastern Florida State College and I have already completed my Associate in Arts Degree. I am currently finishing my prerequisites in order to start the kinesiology program at UCF. I also attended Horizon Health Care and obtained my phlebotomy license. I am eager and willing to learn!
