I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) practitioner with 20 years of experience in practicing all levels of social work to address the needs of individuals, families, and groups to service all communities and promote self-sufficiency.  I am Experienced in managing programs, strategic planning, startup programs, and tracking best practices and data to promote positive outcomes. Proven leadership in building relationships between non-profit sectors and community-based organizations to ensure comprehensive services are provided to communities, especially minority populations. I have extensive managerial skills that ensure accountability and quality assurance. I currently hold a position as an advisory board member for Fit 4 You Dance & Gym Wellness Center, LLC which is a vendor through Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS) that provides vocational rehabilitation services to high school juniors and seniors with physical and sensory disability.
