Over 10 years of experience across IT administration, systems analysis, project coordination, consulting, and hands-on technical support. I’ve also spent many years serving as an IT Technician and consultant, helping organizations move from having little to no modern technology in place to fully leveraging the tools and systems that improve their performance and results.

Most of my background has been in clinical laboratories, home care agencies, transportation, and retail, which has given me a solid understanding of industry policies, compliance requirements, and data protection standards. Working in these environments has strengthened my experience with HIPAA compliance, CMS Protocols, LIS Systems, user access control, and managing Active Directory structures, permissions, and security best practices. My goal is always keeping technology functioning smoothly, support people effectively, and help the organization grow through well-planned, well-managed, and well-supported IT initiatives.
