  • Team Leader of the Recovery Security Detail for the 612th Combat Engineers in Baghdad, Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Completed all missions with zero US Fatalities, earning the Bronze Star.
  • I worked in civilian security in Kent, Ohio, while earning my bachelor’s degree at Kent State University. Performed foot and vehicular patrols on campus, providing customer service & protection to fellow students. Patrolled, monitored, and safeguarded students and infrastructure at regular scheduled intervals. Worked with Kent State Police and Kent City Police. Observed and reported on all security and safety incidents. Kept a detailed log of all shift activities.
