  My retail management experience of over 23 years. I have managed and fulfilled HR duties in hiring for facilities that required more than 300 employees. I have served as a market manager that required excellent communication skills to implement directives. All of these positions fulfilled experience in finance and compliance management, Human Resources, and quality assurance in meeting state and national compliance from 2000 thru 2021 when I was employed by Wal-mart Stores, Inc.
