My name is Gabi, I recently received my Personal Training certification and CPR/AED through NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have also been consistently in the gym using a personalized training program 4-5 days a week for almost 2 years. I’m really looking to help other women, work on building their confidence back and also leading a healthier lifestyle through specified and structured training plans that incorporate progressive overload, core training, and personalized diet plans and recipe ideas for meal planning.
