Full-time HR Assistant in the legal field and part-time Army Officer with the Illinois National Guard. 

I am an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in personnel management, compliance, and payroll processing. In my current role as a Human Resources Assistant at Attorneys' Liability Assurance Society, I specialize in benefits administration, managing programs like healthcare insurance and 401(k), while processing bi-weekly payroll for over 100 employees. I also analyze benefits utilization data to support strategic decision-making and cost management.

In addition to my civilian role, I serve as a Maintenance Control Officer in the Illinois Army National Guard, where I manage personnel files, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with military regulations for a team of 32 soldiers. My work includes handling critical administrative tasks, such as life insurance documentation, immunization records, and travel documentation.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I was actively involved in leadership and service through the Illinois Student Government and Army ROTC. These experiences enriched my academic journey, fostering strong skills in teamwork, leadership, and strategic problem-solving.
