I have 21 years of school leadership experience both in the USA and abroad. During my tenure as three year  Principal of British International School of Kurdistan, in Erbil, Iraq, it was ranked number one among 38 non-goverrnmental schools.  Presently I am the principal of Yangon Academy International School in Myanmar. I would like to move to the Middle East.

Experience

I have extensive background in leading a school. In addition, I have trained Principals and Assistant Principals in Malaysia.  I conducted teacher training and met with parents. Its imperative that teachers, principal and parents work cooperatively and collaboratively to ensure academic success for the the students. As an instructional leader it is critical that I spend time in the classrooms.
