As Founder of Deskbuddy, I’m working to make remote work easier and more connected. Our platform helps professionals find and book flexible workspaces, using AI-powered recommendations and a strong community focus.
Beyond startups, I’m passionate about education and impact. As President & Co-founder of Flow APS, I’ve helped secure €150,000+ in EU funding, empowering young people through international mobility, sustainability, and non-formal education projects.
I also teach Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Hypermesh and Ansys, sharing my expertise in mechanical design and 3D modeling to help professionals and students master the tool for real-world applications.
My background? I have a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) at Politecnico di Torino and certifications in SolidWorks (CSWP®), Project Management (PMI-CAPM®), and Agile methodologies (PSPO I®, PSM I®).
I’ve worked as a mechanical engineer (simulation and design) in the automotive industry, on collaborative research projects (Horizon Europe), and in a dynamic startup environment.
My experience spans product development and design, finite element analysis, and project management, giving me a strong mix of technical and strategic skills.

Experience
With over 10 years of experience across engineering design, research, and innovation, I bridge the gap between technical precision and business execution.
Engineering & Research:
Worked on simulation analysis, composite materials, and additive manufacturing within EU-funded research projects, focusing on structural optimization, crash analysis, and lightweight component design.
Education & Mentorship:
Currently teaching Ansys and Autodesk Inventor at Click Academy, helping engineers and students develop CAD/FEA skills aligned with industry standards and manufacturing constraints.
Project & Innovation Management:
Managed over €100K in EU projects and led cross-border teams through R&D, product design, and sustainability initiatives.
Entrepreneurship & Product Development:
