Position: General Director of the General Directorate of Knowledge Management.
- In charge of 3-line directorates: Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management. Responsible for providing support for continuous institutional improvement through monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management actions to the Regional Forestry and Wildlife Authorities.

National Forest and Wildlife Service. Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation - PERU
Position: General Director of the General Directorate for Policy and Competitiveness.
- In charge of 4-line directorates: Policy and Regulation, Promotion and Competitiveness, Capacity Building, and Studies and Research of the Forest Plantations, of the Functional Operational Unit and work teams for Climate Change Management,
- Responsible for implementing the Forest and Wildlife Legislation. In this period, 63% of the guidelines identified to implement the were approved. Proposals were prepared and presented to update the legislation and three of its regulations, with emphasis on incorporating the climate change approach.
- Improved the implementation of the regulations with a focus on promoting and recognizing ancestral practices for the use of forest resources other than wood by indigenous communities.
- Responsible for updating the climate change mitigation measure for agroforestry systems and diagnosis of progress and review of the 12 measures.

Forest Investment Program (FIP). National Forest Conservation Program for Climate Change Mitigation / Ministry of the Environment - PERU.
Position: Team Leader
- Implemented three projects of the Forest Investment Program financed by the Strategic Climate Fund through the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), for a total amount of USD 36.3 million, for the improvement of support services for the sustainable use of ecosystem biodiversity in the forest landscape in the Tarapoto - Yurimaguas corridor, from the departments of San Martín and Loreto; in the Puerto Maldonado - Iñapari corridor and in the area of the Amarakaeri Communal Reserve, in the department of Madre de Dios; and for the improvement of the environmental information service for the mapping of deforestation in the Amazon forests of Peru.

Fund for the Promotion of Natural Protected Areas (PROFONAMPE) - National Service of Natural Areas Protected by the State – PERU
Position: Coordinator of the thematic table on governance.
- Led the thematic governance table in the process of updating the Master Plan of the National System of Natural Areas Protected by the State - Peru.

Fund for the Promotion of Natural Protected Areas – PROFONANPE - PERU
Position: Coordinator of the Tropical Forest Conservation Agreement
- Management of a portfolio of 41 short-term and long-term projects in the amount of $10.6 million, with the participation of indigenous organizations, civil society and the local and national private sector; for the implementation of projects for the management of non-timber forest resources and hydrobiological resources; for the promotion of nature tourism; for capacity building to improve the participation of indigenous organizations and the State in the co-management of their forests; to promote the formalization of activities for the use of ecosystem goods and services; generating local economic movement based on the formal extraction of natural resources; and for the creation of a scholarship and training fund to strengthen the capacities of more than 2,500 public and private officials.
- Preparation of the implementation strategy with the competent authority in protected areas
- Preparation of 7 bases for the calls for the Tropical Forest competitive fund and 4 bases for the calls for competitive funds in co-financing with the Fund of the Americas.
- Formation of a private committee for the management of nature tourism from protected natural areas.
- Contribution to the formation of functional operational units for the management of nature tourism and for the management of natural resources in protected areas.

World Wildlife Fund - WWF Bolivia - BOLIVIA
Position: Coordinator of the Pando Program – Bolivia.
- Financed, implemented, and monitored projects for the use of non-timber forest resources and land use planning, through local partners, in the border zones of Bolivia, Peru and Brazil.
- Supported the formation of management, policy advocacy and forest management committees.
- Prepared Brazil Nut management plans in Amazonian Indigenous communities and in private harvesting areas.
- Increased Brazil Nut export volumes by 300% in Brazil’s nut extractors cooperative.
- Created the Bruno-Racua National Reserve, supported and strengthened the departmental and municipal government for the management of the protected area.

Peruvian Foundation for the Conservation of Nature – Pro-Naturaleza - PERU
Position: Director of the Regional Office of PRONATURALEZA in Madre de Dios, Peru.
- Advised for the titling of territories of indigenous communities, inventory and preparation of management plans.
- Supported bilingual and intercultural education of indigenous communities in Madre de Dios region.
- Advised and provided support to the chestnut growers' association for the granting of forest concessions for products other than wood at the national level.
- Prepared master plans for the Tambopata National Reserve and Bahuaja-Sonene National Park.

- Administered and supervised enabling titles for the extraction of forest resources at the national level.

Conserving Chestnut Trees project – Madre de Dios - PERU
Position: Head of the project "Chestnut Ordinance in Madre de Dios".
- Designed and planned the census of Brazil nut trees (Bertholletia excelsa H.B.K) in the areas of use.
- Executed Census of Brazil nut trees and prepared technical files to apply for forestry concessions.
- Resolved conflicts in the process of demarcation and use of bordering trees in the areas of Brazil nut harvesting in the scope of the Tambopata National Reserve and Bahuaja Sonene National Park.
- Systematization and exchange of experience with public and private organizations in Brazil and Bolivia, for the scalability of the intervention.

National Watershed Management and Soil Conservation Program. Ministry of Agriculture - PERU
Position: Head of the Forestry Development Area.
- Production of forest seedlings in communal and municipal nurseries; forest plantations; and plantation management: pruning, thinning, management of regrowth, among others.
- Promotion with the high Andean communities of reforestation practices, water and soil conservation and local enterprises such as beekeeping, production of jellies from Andean fruits and introduction of local fruits in gastronomy.
