I also have a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources, which helps me blend practical operations with a strong understanding of people and organizational needs.

I have several years of experience leading programs, supporting teams, and improving day-to-day operations in youth and community-focused environments. My background includes supervising staff, coordinating services, managing schedules, and making sure programs run smoothly and meet compliance standards. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, building strong relationships with families and partners, and keeping both people and processes organized. With a blend of hands-on leadership and solid business knowledge, I focus on helping organizations operate efficiently while delivering high-quality support to the individuals they serve. 

I earned my BA in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources, which gave me a solid foundation in organizational operations, people management, and strategic planning. I’m also beginning my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on marriage, couple, and family counseling, expanding my skills in communication, support services, and client-centered care. This combination of business and counseling training helps me bring both structure and empathy to the programs I manage.
