DESIGN / USABILITY EXPERIENCE: 

- Completion of courses Interaction Design and Readings in Human Centered Computing at UMBC 

- Training on wireframes and storyboards. Course: Client Needs and Software Requirements, Coursera, CredentialID JW3T99J5987C 

- Usability experience. Assisted with a usability study to evaluate video conferencing options at USPTO (externship acquired through UMBC). Designed a usability study for a hypothetical website in my PhD paper 'Method and Design for a Website Improvement Study' using the USPTO experience as inspiration. Also prepared several articles/papers on usability, such as my article Improving Data Quality: User Interface Design and Functional Requirements

- Design of screens (Three years of experience creating wire frames/user interfaces as a Business Analyst)
