Hola, mi nombre es Fabiola Ramírez M. Tengo un grado en psicología clínica, me especializo en análisis en Inteligencia; me considero una persona proactiva, me gusta aprender cosas nuevas y hacerle frente a los nuevos desafíos. Las habilidades que más me destacan son: el trabajo en equipo, el liderazgo y mi capacidad de aprender, me fascina todo lo que aprendo y lo aplico en cada proyecto que desarrollo.  Tengo más 4 años de experiencia siendo asistente de manera presencial/física.

Me dedico como asistente virtual a organizar cada detalle que el cliente necesite en su agenda (reservas de vuelo, automóvil, hotel, etc.), así como manejar redes sociales, entrada de datos, organización y planificación de eventos, entre otros; para lograr esto utilizo, varias herramientas que permiten la sincronización y la calidad de lo realizado.

I worked in a company that distributed plastic, I lasted 1 year, within the tasks were: Customer service in a friendly and professional manner, advice to customers to resolve their doubts about products and services and guarantee excellent service, detailed record of all transactions to ensure the balance of cash at the end of the day, issuance of receipts and processing of returns when appropriate.
