Mr. Oshan graduated Cum Laude from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He subsequently graduated from the University of California Hastings College of The Law with his Juris Doctorate Degree where he excelled in trial advocacy.

Oshan served as an international law intern at the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as an Inern in Washington D.C. for a United States Senator.
