I manage the office by answering 20+ phone calls daily to schedule appointments, make travel arrangements and send or receive needed documents. Analyze and optimiz operations including bookkeeping, supplies and other clerical services. Manage invoices from vendors to assist in our firm accounting. Monitor office billing accounts and supply inventory. Keep a detailed log of all case expenses for the end of trial or settlement. Revise the entire structure of our client file organization. Researche and introduced new software for more proficiency. design , draft and market firm promotion materials.  Manage office client intakes. Draft legal documents including Complaints, Interrogatories, Request for Production, contracts, agreements, affidavits, Motions, Notices and Subpoenas. Schedule and maintaine our office calendar for hearings, appointments, depositions, meetings, and deadlines. Collaborate with major clients, experts, outside counsel, judges, court reporters and potential clients daily providing status updates, requests, scheduling, and negotiations. Obtain medical records and bills from healthcare facilities and insurance carries by way of subpoena or HIPPA requests. Served as a liaison between my attorney and clients, opposing counsel, witnesses and court personnel. Involved in all aspects of litigation support, including but not limited to, legal research, factual investigation, asset research, medical records and depositions summaries. Compiled, tracked and analyzed medical records to understand the cases and to created detailed medical chronologies. Provide support on multiple large, document intensive cases in state and federal court. Travele to attend depositions, hearings and trials. Scheduled depositions, arbitrations, mediations, court appearances and managed court dockets. Work independently with little supervision from home-based office.

I received my paralegal associates degree from Casper college in the year 2015 since then I have attended multiple continued education for paralegals with the national paralegal program here in the United States And I learn on the job daily.
