With over 7 years of progressive supervisory experience and more than a decade of leadership in 24/7 customer service environments, I excel as a Communications and Operations Manager. My experience includes a significant tenure at a major health system, where I've optimized patient flow across hospital centers, demonstrating rapid decision-making in emergency response and critical communications for patient placement. I am an expert in team leadership, having directly supervised and mentored cross-functional teams of 20+ employees, leading the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring continuous, seamless operation of critical services. My commitment lies in driving high performance, identifying process enhancements, maintaining impeccable data integrity in systems like EPIC and PACS, and upholding budgetary accountability.

My education highlights a diverse background in management and technology, complemented by specialized certifications. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Technology Management from Eastern Michigan University, expected to be completed in mid 2026. I also hold an Associate in Science (A.S.) in Occupational Studies from Washtenaw Community College, earned in 2022. My certifications span from Management, Entrepreneurship, Nursing Skills and Supply Chain disciplines.
