I'm a relationship-driven sales professional with a track record of growing territory revenue and developing the people around me. My background spans distribution sales with Ecolab; where I managed private label growth and trained sales reps across a regional territory, to senior living, where I've built trust-based relationships in one of the most personal sales environments there is.

What I do best is connect with people, whether that's a customer, a new rep I'm coaching, or a partner I'm bringing along on a call. I've spent my career not just hitting numbers, but helping others hit theirs too.

I'm based in Des Moines and looking for a Regional Sales Manager or Sales Team Lead role where I can cover the Midwest, get out in the field, and build something with a team that's motivated to grow. I thrive in roles where relationships matter and where I'm trusted to run my region like it's my own business.

I bring a blend of field sales, distribution, and healthcare experience spanning Fortune 500 environments and highly relationship-driven industries. At Ecolab, I served as a Distribution Sales Development Manager, where I grew private label product sales and trained distributor reps on how to sell more effectively, acting as a regional sales leader and team developer. Most recently, I have been in senior living sales, where building genuine trust with families and decision-makers is everything. Across both worlds, my strength has been developing the people and relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

I hold an MBA with a dissertation focused on transformational leadership within sales teams, a topic I chose because it sits at the intersection of everything I care about: developing people, driving performance, and building cultures where salespeople actually want to show up and do their best work. That research has directly shaped how I coach, motivate, and lead in the field.
