My background blends direct restaurant ownership with national franchise consulting. As the owner of Bean-Iced Café, a specialty coffee concept I operated and successfully sold in 2023, I gained first-hand experience in foodservice operations, customer experience, and P&L management. Many of my consulting clients have also been restaurant groups, where I guided franchisors in creating compliance systems, training structures, and marketing strategies while helping them expand into new markets. This combination of operating from the inside and advising from the outside has given me a 360° understanding of the restaurant franchise industry.

In addition, I co-founded and scaled VJUV MedSpa into a multi-location brand, and I am now in the process of exiting my equity after leading it through launch and expansion. Through Franchise 2 Success, I have partnered with franchisors across industries—including multiple restaurant concepts—to build franchise models, open locations nationwide, and direct large sales divisions. I also co-founded Pain Recovery Studio, where I established scalable wellness systems designed for future franchising.
