Experience
I have over five years of progressive HR experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS administration across remote, hybrid, and multi-state environments. In my roles at Greene Tweed, ShipBob, and Bakerly, I supported employees and managers virtually through the full employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, system access, benefits enrollment, performance processes, and exit procedures.
I regularly facilitated virtual onboarding sessions, ensured accurate completion of employment documentation, and maintained HRIS data integrity across systems such as Workday, Paylocity, and Bswift. I also supported offboarding by coordinating exit interviews, system terminations, benefits transitions, and final documentation. My experience in remote environments has strengthened my communication, documentation, and process management skills to ensure a consistent and compliant employee experience regardless of location.
Education
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, which provided a strong foundation in business operations, organizational behavior, communications, and data-driven decision-making. I also earned some credits toward a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, strengthening my skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic operations in fast-paced environments.
To complement my formal education, I maintain continuous professional development in Human Resources, including earning my SHRM-CP certification, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma (White Belt and Practitioner I) and Agile Project Management. I have also completed specialized coursework in HR analytics, digital transformation, and talent management, supporting my hands-on experience with HR systems, process improvement, and compliance-focused HR operations.
