About Emilie Woodruff:

I am relocating from Dallas, TX to Ruston, LA in June 2023. 

My ultimate goal is to establish myself as a resident in Ruston, LA, and with that I hope to obtain a long-term position with a great company who will eventually become like family. Loyalty is a huge component in my life, and I am ready to give the right employer everything that I have to give.  I earn my keep, do my job, make things happen, and keep the business running smoothly. 

Multifaceted with 7+ years in the Talent Acquisition and Property Management industries, but I am open to opportunities in a different line of work. 

You can expect from me a firm understanding of the inner workings and daily operations of thriving businesses as well as a high level of software and computer proficiency. 

 

 

Experience

I am excellent with client and vendor relations, business finance audits (general ledger review, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger coding, journal entries/accruals, etc.) financial projections and management, schedule coordination, multi-project management, full cycle recruiting and high-volume workforce management (payroll, benefit enrollments, file documentation and audits, etc.) 

Additionally, I come equipped with a high level of software proficiencies, including but not limited to- Yardi Voyager, Client Relationship Management software (CRM), Applicant Tracking software (ATS), Accounting Platform Software, Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Excel & Word, Adobe Acrobat etc. 

In each of my roles, I have been appointed and trusted to train new Recruiters, Front Office Managers and Property Managers.

 

 

Education

With over 7 years experience in the HR and Property Management Industries, I have attended numerous training courses specific to Fair Housing, Workman's Comp, EEOC, Employee Benefit Enrollments and Onboardings, along with numerous software training courses. (CRM, YARDI, ATS, VMS, Accounting Software, Moster, Indeed and CareerBuilder back-end platforms). 

My current company has arranged for me to obtain my PMP certification in 2023.
