I am a UX Strategist and Systemic Auditor who designs high-stakes, zero-error digital systems for healthcare and enterprise environments. For two decades as a Pharmacist, I served as the final line of defense for patient safety, cultivating an expertise in workflow auditing, risk mitigation, and rigorous data accuracy. Now, I apply that same Systemic Detective approach to user experience, building accessible and trustworthy interfaces. I specialize in reducing user cognitive load in crisis scenarios, informed by an M.A. level study in Psychology and a deep commitment to Cross-Cultural Empathy (fluent in Korean). I deliver interfaces that are not only aesthetically sharp (Fashion Design certification) but are also clinically sound and compliant.

My educational background combines clinical and social science expertise with foundational design skills. I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University, which provides a non-negotiable understanding of clinical workflows, data accuracy, and patient safety crucial for HealthTech UX. Additionally, my M.A. level study in Psychology & Cultural Studies is directly applied to UX design, ensuring Cross-Cultural Empathy and reducing user cognitive load in high-stress scenarios. This specialized knowledge is rounded out by the Google UX Design Professional Certificate (2025) and a Fashion Design Certification, which ensures my design solutions are both rigorously functional and aesthetically executed.
