Elizabeth Waller

Beth Medved Waller returned to her hometown in Virginia, USA after college in Charleston, South Carolina followed by less than two years as a United Flight Attendant (a career cut short after a furlough following the 9/11/2001 tragedies).  She began her real estate career as well as her local community service endeavors in 2002. 

As an Associate Broker at KW-Solutions, Keller Williams Realty, Beth works directly with buyers and sellers and is based out of the Main Street KW office that is associated with the Manassas, VA office.  Having a close connection with a large agent NOVA brokerage enhances Beth’s listing marketing reach throughout the DC area.  Beth obtained her Maryland Broker's license in 2023.

Throughout her career, Beth has received numerous awards, including being named Top Producer for Weichert Realtors from 2007-2014 & #1 Listings Sold Associate in the Capital Region of MD, VA, and District of Columbia for multiple years and Top 5% of Realtors nationwide. In 2015, Beth opened up Team Waller Real Estate and her team closed over $34 Million in sales and TWRE quickly became the #3 brokerage in Warren County with merely 5 active agents.

Beth is thrilled to be out from behind the broker desk and returned to the front lines. She loves using her negotiating and outside-the-box strategic thinking to work directly with clients who quickly become friends.  In 2017, after shutting down Team Waller, Beth resumed her ranking as #1 Listing Agent Sold for Warren County properties, a ranking she also earned in 2018. In 2019 she was named to "America's Top 100 Agents" and was awarded the Keller Williams Realty VA/West VA 2019 Regional Cultural Summit Superstar Award. She has been ranked as a “Top 10 Video Influencer in the Real Estate Industry” by Bomb Bomb, and has authored articles for leading industry publications. From 2018-2022, she ranked #1 in listing units and volume and in the top 1-3 Gross Commission Income agents for the entire Manassas and Front Royal  KW offices.

The community's support of her real estate business helps her fulfill her dream of helping others by funding WHAT MATTERS, which is her own nonprofit organization she directs that focuses on supporting and spreading public awareness of worthy causes, events, organizations, businesses and endeavors in the areas of community, fundraising, wellness and outreach.
