     In my professional career I have been a sales manager for 11 years. 

   I then started and sold businesses of my own. 
     I lead by example and strive to exceed expectations & beat sales goals. 
      I believe in continuous sales training, sales meetings and accountability to keep teams focus on targets and build the confidence in the sales team. 

    I love to sail, travel with my children and attend their sports games in my personal time.

  In my 13 total years of sales and sales management I developed an extensive clientele list.
      During my sales management career I built a training program for a brand that launched in St.Thomas. That brand is now sold in over 50 locations internationally and still utilizes the training handbook I created.  
 

   My sales style is a mix of relationship building and challenger oriented.  I like to advise my client on the current situation and add value that my products will provide for their future. Given all the reasons that my product will improve their future situation we slip into financing and closing the sale. 

December 2022- Graduated from the SBA emerging leaders business program. 
 

June 2002- Graduated my my Associates degree in Criminal justice with a minor in Psychology.
