Elizabeth Burgos

I have been a sterile processing technician for 4 years and have been traveling for 2. I have been a SPT educator one hospital and have trained as a SPT in many facilities. I enjoy helping those around me in the best way I can. I am experienced and enjoy all areas of sterile processing and enjoy reprocessing flexibility endoscopes when I am given the opportunity.  

I have worked in various hospitals throughout the US. I have done daily work though Medley at 6 different hospitals. 13-26 week contracts at 4 different hospitals and started my journey with the Portland VA Medical center. I have training experience and am a super user when it comes to IONs, and flexible reusable endoscopes. 

Currently work with Kaiser Permanente in Redwood City California on a 13 week contract. Prior to that I worked in St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts for 26 weeks. Prior to st Vincent‘s I worked at multiple different facilities to help with staff shortages through the medley app. Prior to that I worked at Columbia memorial Hospital in Astoria Oregon for a total of 39 week. Started with Portland VA Medical Center where I received training and became certified.
