Elian Villarrubia

Passionate Lead Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience, specializing in Branding, Editorial Design, and Ad Campaigns. 

Typography and Visual Storytelling are at the forefront of my practice, honed through work for Foreign Affairs Magazine and Pinterest Ads projects for brands like Schick Hydro Silk and Obagi. Currently a BFA candidate for Communication Design, minoring in Art History, from Parsons School of Design. 

I thrive in collaborative environments, and I am always eager to contribute my creativity and expertise to impactful projects across both print and digital platforms.

I'm currently pursuing a BFA in Communication Design with a minor in Art History at Parsons School of Design – The New School, maintaining a 3.8 GPA and consistently earning a spot on the Dean’s List. My coursework includes editorial and publication design, brand identity systems, and book design, alongside in-depth studies in Baroque, European, and American art. I have completed projects ranging from books and magazines to posters and advertising campaigns, integrating historical art research and design principles. Graduation is expected in May 2025.
