need to update it in OKTA so that they can get the multifactor token on their new phone and then can use it to
authenticate them in order to login to the company website. Setting up network printers, troubleshooting various other
technical issues and providing support, mapping network drives and. VPN support assistance connecting to VPN and
assistance setting up multifactor authentication and administration. Cisco Meraki I was able to use this software to monitor
the cisco switches in other offices and see what devices are connected to the access points as well as what is physically
wired to the switches very useful if they order a new printer and plug it into the switch then I can see it and then remote
access the device and setup the machine to the specifications setup the IP address in static configuration for the office it
will be used in and then add users to the registration settings on the printers so they can send emails to their business
printers.
